Bird Force: Sgt. Griffus Zola

So here's another idea that's been kicking in the smudged corners of my sketchbook.

Bird Force, a Pre-apocalyptic city setting ruled entirely by anthropomorphic birds. The main focus will be on the city's police force, The Regional Aviary Police Force, or R.A.P. for short, and their constant struggle to fight the rising crime in the city, brought on by a shortage of natural resources. As the city struggles, more and more people turn to a life of crime just to survive the upcoming threat of a full out water, food, and electricity shortage.

Ravian City is slowly beginning to crumble, it's up to R.A.P. to maintain its peace and order, but in a world that's slowly creeping into chaos, there are very few who are still willing to serve and protect an gang and villain run city.

Sergeant Griffus Zola is the head of the R.A.P. force and the go to bird if you've got any major crime to report. 

Very adamant on his views of justice but as the city changes, so must the law. The RAP force is about the only form of trustworthy help and protection still left in the city and seemingly every day it's forces dwindle. More and more cops are leaving in hopes protecting themselves and their own families first, many others have been taken out by gangs and other crazy citizens.

Sgt. Griffus is a very busy man and has a lot of weight on his shoulders, some say that weight will soon crush him, but he is determined to bring justice to the miserable Ravian City.

The RAP force is no longer directed by the laws of the book, it is under Sgt. Griffus's law, and many gangs know that and will pay good to see his rein come to an end.
